A tracking link is sent as soon as the shipment is dispatched. Delivery times are estimated between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions).

Standard delivery is free for all orders delivered to France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Denmark, Israel, Finland, Italy, South Africa, Spain, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Mexico, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland, with no minimum purchase. No hidden fees or additional administrative costs will be applied.

Section 9 – Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day period from receipt to return an item. Products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and verification of the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or proven defect.

Section 10 – Exchanges

The care instructions on the label must be followed. Damage resulting from improper care is not covered by our return policy.
